These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, waitlist, and any current or future checkout, merchant, or payment‑related services provided by Tavo Labs LLC (“TavoPay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

To use TavoPay, you must be at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into binding agreements, and use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws. If you join the waitlist, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with or disrupt our systems, reverse‑engineer our technology, or process payments that violate card‑network or processor rules. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you are violating these Terms.

Merchant Accounts

If you become a TavoPay merchant, you agree to provide accurate business information, comply with payment processor terms and legal requirements, maintain a secure environment for your customers, and use TavoPay only for legitimate transactions. Additional merchant‑specific terms may apply during onboarding.

Payment Processing

TavoPay does not store full credit card numbers or other sensitive payment data. All payments are processed by third‑party, PCI‑compliant payment processors. By using TavoPay checkout, you also agree to the terms and policies of those processors.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, software, and technology associated with TavoPay are owned by Tavo Labs LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Communications

By joining the waitlist or contacting us, you agree to receive communications related to product updates, early access invitations, and support or account information. You may opt out of non‑essential communications at any time.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, compatibility with all devices, or that the Services will meet your expectations. We are not responsible for losses resulting from downtime, third‑party failures, or unauthorized access to your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TavoPay and Tavo Labs LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of revenue, profits, or data, or any amount exceeding what you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
